Chimichangas
Ingredients:
- Ground Chicken, turkey or beef
- Chilli powder
- Corn
- Flour Totillas
- Guacamole (optional)
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Cheese
- Toothpicks
Directions:
- Take your seasoned ground meat and let it cook until thoroughly done
- Remove from heat and drain the excess greases and oils
- Add 8 oz of whole kernel corn and mix together
- Lay out a tortilla and fill with about 2 tbsp of the mixture
- Fold and pin closed with your toothpick to avoid spillage
- Drop into your heated oil and fry until golden brown
- Place on a napkin
- Top with your favorite toppings and ENJOY!!
And Voila you have chimichangas and they didn't cost you a fortune.
